After a nervous economic start to 2023 for some, British businesses are looking forward to the summer ahead, with high streets, retailers and leisure attractions anticipating a boom.

Plus, with the year shaping up to be another busy one with increased demand for lorry curtains and vehicle graphics, we are set to serve even more customers.

And, as the UK’s largest supplier of lorry tension curtains, we are using our investment in technology and materials to deliver better products for you.

Our investment in welding technology

Our recent purchase and installation of two Forsstrom TDW 24-kilowatt high frequency welding machines, with extra-long track, gives us the versatility to not only produce lorry curtains side-by-side but also manufacture many of our largest products without handling challenges.

High-frequency welding equipment is one of the main pieces of technology we use to manufacture lorry tension curtains and all the other great products we make.

They use high-frequency electric fields to create heat and bond pieces of flexible thermoplastic together. Industry-leading welding machines are critical to being able to deliver the strong products we’re trusted for.

Due to the depth and breadth of our product ranges, the new equipment is able to work with coated textiles varying from just 375gsm (grams-per-square-metre) to very heavy duty 3000gsm.

Having experienced unprecedented demand in 2022, we’re continually looking for ways to increase efficiency and capacity.

Our investment in the most modern high-frequency welding technology enables us to deliver products with unrivalled strength and durability for you.

Our grand format printers

Colour consistency is key to ensuring your brand is accurately represented across all your marketing - including your road-going fleet of commercial vehicles.

Colours are the first thing we notice when we see a brand we recognise. So, they need to be strong, vibrant and consistent.

All brands want to stand out and many are becoming increasingly creative with their designs. Our investment in technology enables us to provide you with the exact colours and designs you need.

Our grand format printers use industry-leading ink technology to ensure you get vibrant colours which last longer. With a huge stock of over 60 colours and shades of Sioen’s industry-standard B6000-fabric, we can quickly meet your needs.

Our investment in grand format printers ensures vivid printing to deliver strong and consistent colours for you.
